Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative control systems for automation solutions.

Program and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to meet project requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues in a timely manner.

Lead project execution, including design, testing, commissioning, and installation.

Collaborate with engineering teams and customers to align on goals and deliverables.

Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.

Remain current on trends, tools, and technologies in industrial automation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.

7+ years of experience in control systems engineering.

Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g.,
Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Beckhoff, Yaskawa).

Experience with SCADA/HMI development and Cognex vision systems (PC and hardware-based).

Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus).

Familiarity with designing for Category 3 and 4 Safety systems.

Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Willingness to travel for system installations and startups.
