Take a look at some of our impactful projects here: DescriptionAre you ready to discover the role of a Senior Project Leaderin Netcompany?As a Senior Project Leader, you will:Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority, developing realistic project plans aligned with project objectives and the organisation’s overall strategyTake overall responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of the assigned contract, ensuring compliance with agreed scope, quality, timelines and contractual requirementsLead and coordinate project teams, allocating resources, reviewing deliverables, supporting team development and ensuring effective day-to-day project executionDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, and monitor progress against agreed plans and tolerancesLead the design, development and implementation of software systems, including interoperability components, in line with user and business requirementsEstablish and maintain project, quality and security plans, ensuring compliance with applicable methodologies, ITSM processes and Contracting Authority proceduresManage project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication, including progress reporting to the Contracting Authority and coordination with eu-LISA programme/project management teams and working groupsMonitor project costs, schedules, resources and risks, proactively addressing deviations, capacity constraints and delivery issuesManage change control and ensure appropriate training, knowledge transfer and continuous adherence to contractual, quality and security requirementsQualificationsWhat would make you a fit for the role: ​​​​​​Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management or a related fieldExcellent command of English, both written and spokenMinimum of 10 years of experience as Project or Programme ManagerMinimum of 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and team collaboration toolsStrong experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areasExcellent knowledge of business process management, enterprise architecture and project management tools, standards and methodologies, especially Agile/Scrum software development methodologiesCapability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment, understanding the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functionsExcellent leadership qualities and ability to chair meetings and to give presentationsExperience with other project management methodology (e.g. PM2, PRINCE2, PMP) will be considered as an assetAdditional InformationAdditional InformationIf you are looking forward to be part of a diverse environment, and have the opportunity to work alongside well-experienced professionals, on challenging, large-scale projects that directly impact millions of citizens around the globe, then this is the place to be!#LI-CFPlease upload your CV in English via the Apply button.
