In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

En temps que Consultant conduite du changement vous contribuerez à :

• L'analyse d'impact (participation aux entretiens, comptes rendus, rapports), stratégie et plan d'accompagnement au changement pour L'adoption de solutions basées sur l'IA ou l'IA générative par les métiers et/ou filiales du groupe.
• La gestion des parties prenantes (cartographie des métiers...)
• La communication (stratégie, plan de communication, suivi, production de supports de communication)
• L'accompagnement après mise en œuvre (stratégie, retour d'expérience, plan de renforcement)
• La formation (stratégie de formation, analyse des besoins, plan de formation, coordination)

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

• Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire et sur un projet d'IA
• Vous avez de grandes appétences pour le conseil dans les domaines Change Management/RH/Transformation
• Vous êtes prêt(e) à mettre à profit votre créativité pour participer à des projets impactant pour nos clients
• Vous êtes disposé(e) à mettre à profit votre curiosité intellectuelle et votre esprit critique et analytique afin de comprendre rapidement les spécificités de nos clients et de produire des livrables de qualité
• Votre communication orale et écrite est convaincante
• Vous parlez français couramment et anglais avec facilité, à l'oral et à l'écrit
• Vous êtes mobile en France et ponctuellement à l'international
• Connaissance des technologies d'IA/IA Générative et du métier bancaire.
• Savoir-être :
  • Autonome, empathique, patient, méticuleux, dynamique, esprit d'équipe, mobile.
  • Proactif dans l'organisation, la priorisation et le suivi de ses tâches.
  • Rédaction de synthèses, compte-rendu et rapports
  • Bonne capacité d'adaptation.
