Role Overview

We are looking for a  Senior Test Management Specialist  to support testing activities for complex enterprise systems within an international environment.

The role involves defining testing strategies, coordinating testing activities, ensuring product quality, managing defects, and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders throughout the software delivery lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and contribute to test strategies and test planning.

• Define test scope and testing approaches for products and releases.

• Review requirements and technical specifications to develop test acceptance criteria.

• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data.

• Plan and coordinate testing activities and environments.

• Monitor testing progress and report outcomes to stakeholders.

• Manage defects, including prioritization and root cause analysis.

• Execute and support automated testing activities.

• Assess product quality and recommend improvements.

• Collaborate closely with project teams and testing stakeholders.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and approaches

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT professional experience .

• Minimum 4 years of testing experience .

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience related to the nature of the tasks .

• ISTQB Foundation Level certification.

• ITIL / ITIL v3 Foundation certification.

• Strong understanding of software testing practices and methodologies.

• Experience with test automation and automated testing tools.

• Experience with testing tools such as:

• qTest
• TOSCA
• JMeter
• Jira • Experience with API testing using Postman, Kreya, or similar tools.

• Experience using databases and SQL.

• Experience testing UI-based applications.

• Experience with system integration testing.

• Understanding of complex high-availability enterprise systems and architectures.

• Strong defect management experience.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• English B2 (required).

• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Experience working with biometric data.

• Experience writing and maintaining automated tests.

• Experience in complex enterprise integration environments.
